This is my go-to sauce recipe for stir fries – one of my favourite weekday meals that is simple to make and doesn’t require lots of different ingredients.
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup tamari or gluten free soy sauce
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- Easy – mix all of the ingredients together and add to a frying pan with your veggies and/or meat. Heat to a low boil and reduce to simmer to thicken sauce. Serve on top of rice and enjoy!
